Beginning Classes

  • Basic Egyptian
  • Head Slide
  • Turkish arms

  • Prayer and crossed arms

Additions to combination:

  • Hand Circles, Hand undulations
  • Shoulder rolls with arms up (glove model), 2 slow, 3 fast
  • Pose walk, one hand to temple, one out, 1 cobra arm
  • Hip lift up/down, up, up, step (one hand up, one hand framing working hip)
  • Undulation, belly roll (one hand up, one hand framing working hip), turn
  • Undulation, 3 belly pulses (one hand up, one hand framing working hip)
  • Two ½ hip circles, 1 ½ hip circle (hand to hand, other hand out)
  • Serpent arm with lean, bring hand to opposite shoulder, 3 ribcage slides
